4-Week Beginner Strength Training for Adventure Sports

This plan is for athletes who are new to resistance training. It’s a 4-week prep phase program that focuses on training the entire body. It’s a good starting point to ease yourself into strength training whether you’re new or returning after a long absence.

Time commitment is 3x week and ~45 mins per workout. Access to a gym is preferred as the program uses dumbbells and barbells. However, it may be possible to substitute resistance bands for some of the exercises.

The program is accessed via our online app and includes training videos for each exercise! It’s a self-guided program that is not customized. However, trainers are available to answer questions via in-app messaging.

8-Week Intermediate Strength Training for Adventure Sports

This plan is for athletes who have completed the 4-week Beginner Strength Training for Adventure Sports or for those who have already been resistance training. It’s an 8-week program that trains the entire body..

Time commitment is 4x week and ~45 mins per workout. Program is designed as 2-day split and is suitable for all athletes. It’s self-guided with videos demonstrating each exercise.

Access to a gym is preferred as this program uses cables, dumbbells and barbells. It’s an 8-week program but access is given for 10 weeks.

The program is accessed via our online app and includes training videos for each exercise! It’s a self-guided program that is not customized. However, trainers are available to answer questions via in-app messaging.
