Teresa Edgar has been an athlete for most of her life, starting with her first bike at age 4. In school she was involved in track and field as well as a member of the badminton club. Weekends were spent on her bike or the ski slopes, depending on the season. She later turned her eyes towards mountain biking in her early 20’s and it became her obsession. Teresa also loves kayaking and weight training, which she uses to compliment her active lifestyle.

Teresa is a certified strength and conditioning coach (ISSA-SSC) and a certified nutrition coach (NASM-CNC). As an avid cyclist, hiker and former kayak guide, she draws on her own personal experience to help her clients prepare for endurance events or just meet their own personal goals.
